Estudyante ako at gusto kong mag-part-time para sa gastos. May nagsabi sa akin na kailangan daw ng permiso bago magsimula, hindi pagkatapos. Totoo ba ito? Ayokong magkaproblema sa extension ko sa susunod na taon.

    Yes — for work outside what your visa is for, permission has to come first, not after. It's not a report you file later. Best to confirm your own case with immigration before you start anything.
