A few things that make answers better:
Say which visa you hold or are applying for, and which country issued your passport. Rules differ a lot by nationality, and an answer that fits one person can be wrong for the next.
Say where you are in the process. "I applied last week" and "I was refused and want to reapply" lead to completely different advice.
For anything official, check HiKorea (hikorea.go.kr) — it is the government portal for immigration, and it is where appointments are booked. The Immigration Contact Center is 1345, and it has interpretation.
One caution worth repeating: people here are sharing their own experience, not giving legal advice. Immigration rules change, and they change without much warning. Treat what you read here as a starting point, then confirm with 1345 or your local immigration office before you act on it.
