Numbers worth saving before you need them:
119 — ambulance and fire. This is the one to call in an emergency.
1339 — medical helpline, for when you are not sure whether it is an emergency.
1345 — immigration, listed here because insurance questions are often really visa questions.
Most foreign residents are enrolled in National Health Insurance (nhis.or.kr) once they have been here long enough to qualify. Whether you are enrolled, and from when, depends on your visa and how long you have been registered — so if you are unsure, that is worth confirming directly rather than guessing.
When you ask here, saying your visa type and how long you have been in Korea will get you a far more useful answer than describing the symptom alone.
Please do not ask for or give diagnoses. Recommending a clinic that treated you well is genuinely helpful. Telling someone what is wrong with them is not.
