A note about what this site is, since it is new.
Go Korea is for people moving to Korea and people already living here. Posts are kept in whatever language you write them in — nothing is machine-translated, because a translated post loses the part that was actually worth reading. The interface is available in twelve languages, and you can filter any board by the language posts were written in.
So: write in the language you are most comfortable in. You are not being rude by not writing in Korean or English. Someone who reads your language will find it, and the filter exists to help them.
Each board has a post like this one explaining what belongs there. They are worth two minutes before your first question.
The site is early and quiet. That is the normal state of a new community and the only thing that changes it is people posting first. If you have a question you think is too basic, it is almost certainly the one someone else is also sitting on.
