PreguntaPhone plan before the ARC arrives — did anyone manage it?

Stuck in the loop everyone warns about: a lot of things want a Korean number, and the number wants the ARC. Did anyone find a way through the first couple of weeks? Prepaid, MVNO, anything. Just trying to know what's realistic before I start walking into shops.

    Prepaid SIMs were the bridge for me. Not ideal long term but it got me a number while I waited.

    我也是先用预付卡过渡的。等证件下来之后再换成正式套餐。
